This Privacy Policy explains how HydraCoach AI ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app. By using HydraCoach AI you agree to the practices described here.

HydraCoach AI collects information that you choose to enter, such as your hydration profile, daily routine details, drink entries, reminder preferences, and app settings.

We process hydration-related data you enter so the app can calculate goals, show progress, and provide wellness tracking and reminders. HydraCoach AI does not provide medical advice.

HydraCoach AI is local-first. Your hydration profile, drink logs, reminder preferences, and app settings are stored on your device. We do not currently operate a custom backend, and the app does not currently use Firebase.

The app may use local notifications to deliver reminders. You can enable, disable, or adjust notifications and quiet hours at any time in the app or in your device settings.

Premium subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat for purchase processing and restoration. Payment details are handled by the respective platform and are not processed by HydraCoach AI directly.

HydraCoach AI may use RevenueCat for subscription management. The app may open external links for privacy policy, terms, support, app review, and subscription management.

HydraCoach AI does not currently use HealthKit, Google Fit, analytics SDKs, advertising tracking, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.

You can export your hydration data as CSV from within the app. You can also clear today's entries, clear all hydration history, reset your profile, or reset local app data from the app settings.

HydraCoach AI is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Because data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data primarily depends on your device's protection. We recommend keeping your device updated and using a passcode or biometric lock.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
